Our Story
Daniel Gborkorquellie grew up on construction sites. His father was a home builder, and by the age of thirteen Daniel was already working beside him. He learned how to pour concrete, lay block, frame walls, and, most importantly, what it meant to build a home that would stand the test of time.
But he also learned something else.
A home is never just a building.
For the family that lives there, it becomes a place of safety, stability, and opportunity. It is where children grow up, where memories are made, and where parents build something they can pass on to the next generation. Those lessons became the foundation of Smart Brother Construction Group.
From the beginning, our goal was never simply to build more houses. Our goal was to make quality homeownership possible for more Liberian families. That belief influences every decision we make.
We build homes that are designed to last because families deserve quality. We offer seller financing because opportunity should not be limited to those who can qualify through traditional banks. We build neighborhoods because a community is more than a collection of houses.
Over the years, we found ourselves returning to the same simple question before making important decisions:
Will this make life better?
If the answer is yes, we know we’re moving in the right direction.
Today, those four words have become the mission that connects everything we do.
Making Life Better isn’t just something we say. It’s the legacy we inherited, the responsibility we carry, and the promise we make to every family who trusts us to help build their future.
